We guarantee our products 100% and want our customers to be perfectly satisfied.Within 30 days, if there is a problem with any unused item, please contact Customer Service at (704) 548-9283 or email us at vratcliffe@bellsouth.net.We will arrange for the return of the item and a credit will be issued to the original payment method.Returns for items that are not damaged or defective will be charged a 20% Restocking fee.Shipping charges will not be refunded.Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of purchase.Parts that have been used or not returned in the original packaging will not be refunded.

An easy way to find out what your shipping and handling will be is to place the golf cart parts and accessories that you would like to order in your online shopping cart. Once you have all of the items in your cart, then our online store will calculate your shipping and handling charge after you provide a shipping address. This all takes place before you enter any credit card information, so you still have time to edit your selection.
Next Day orders placed online after 2:00pm EST will be considered to be orders placed on the next business day.
